2. Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Contact us at sales@puttbetter.co.uk with your order details.

3. Returning Items

• Unused and in original packaging
• Includes all accessories/documentation
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless faulty

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

Report faulty items within 30 days. We may request proof (photo) and will provide repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods, to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return for a refund and place a new order.
